Quick AI - Streamlining Mobile Web Surfing

With Quick AI (QAI) self-hosted solution user can get AI assistance on mobile device smoothly and without extra actions. Just see this video:

We are using Tasker AutoShare plugin to handle share request from any app on the phone. Then, open QuickAI with necessary parameters, including shared text and selected assistant (“deliberative alignment” and “en_dict” in the video). Quick AI server makes a request to the configured AI model and shows the response.

Quick AI assistants are set up in Directus CMS. It makes all powerful content management features available to us, including built-in token authentication.

This is a self-hosted and vendor-agnostic alternative of various AI tools shipped by Android flavors lately. However, Samsung AI and similar services are either already paid or will become such soon. Quick AI, on the other hand, is as cheap as the underlying OpenAI API. When running it you pay only for what you use.
